By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
By creating an account or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Cliqo provides an affiliate and creator partnership management platform that enables:
- Businesses to create and manage affiliate programs
- Creators to join programs and earn commissions
- Conversion tracking and sales attribution
- Payment and reward management
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect a violation of these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any illegal purposes
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the normal operation of our Services
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use bots or automated scripts without authorization
Our Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cliqo and its licensors.
You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content you upload to our Services for the purpose of providing the Services.
For businesses: You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan and commissions owed to your partners.
For creators: Payments are made according to the schedule defined by the program you participate in. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply.
All payments are processed through our secure payment partners (Stripe, PayPal).
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion options in settings.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cliqo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
